What is ISO 9001: 2015 certification?
ISO 9001: 2015 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). The standard was updated in 2015 and for this reason it is called ISO 9001: 2015. Being an international certification it had to receive approval from the majority of member states in order to become an internationally recognized standard and therefore accepted in most countries.
ISO 9001: 2015 is a standard for the creation, implementation and management of a Quality Management System. It is therefore a set of rules that define the way, the creation, the supply of the product / service to the customer.
